Marketing Manager (Irvine, CA)

Job Description:

  • Develop annual marketing strategy with knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, and budgeting;
  • Implement marketing plan for regional, national, and international marketing initiatives;
  • Grow revenue and profit in alignment with company strategy and customer needs;
  • Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities to promote products and services of company;
  • Develop pricing strategies in order to maximize the revenue and profit while ensure the satisfaction from clients;
  • Oversee and direct on-line marketing campaigns on platforms including the company website, e-commerce website, and social media;
  • Gather relevant market information including industry development, competition, campaigns, and market behaviours;
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within and outside Marketing to successfully lead projects and implement product enhancements;
  • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative marketing plans, solutions, and approaches to problems;
  • Assess customer needs, meet quality standards, and evaluate customer satisfaction;
  • Employ SEO tactics and analyze research, data, or technology to increase Company visibility;
  • Select, train, motivate, and evaluate marketing staffs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail;
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with strong motivation;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SEO tools including Google AdWords.
